Goodsign Digital origins from a company founded in Norway back in 2000. We were a small company, consisting of creative and solution minded people

The company was built stone by stone, and always in close cooperation with our customers. Who were better to define what a good software should look like than our customers? We treated all feedbacks and suggestions seriously, and developed the software that way.

A very nice journey started and we sent our installation team all over the world to install complex solutions for global companies within furniture branch, restaurant branches etc.
And we were only 4 people!!

The reason why we could handle such a huge amount of customers was pretty much that the software was stable. There were usually no issues and the customers were happy! And we spent lots of time developing the software with new functionality, upgraded user interface and so on

However, in 2018 we agreed to sell the company to a competitor. Our main reason for agreeing to the sale was that we were growing too big within a pretty short time. Having 10 times as many people in software development, 10 times as many people to support customers and so on sounded very nice to us. Hoping that this would benefit our customers in a positive way. And also our selves as well since we would be able to take some time off from time to time, being assured that the customers still would be taken good care of.

However, now it is time to go back to the roots and that is the reason why Goodsign Digital was founded.

- Where customers is our main focus.

- Where service and support is a priority. If a customers screen is not working, it is a personal thing for us. We will do anyting to help fixing it as soon as possible.

- Where questions about new functionality is replied with an honest reply. Too many companies says that "it is in the pipeline, coming soon" while they actually have no plans (or knowledge) to do it anyways.

And most important ! We have a brand new platform, all based on the concept which our customers loved before. One which has a very user friendly interface. And as for the advanced functionaly, usually it will be performed in the backend without the user even knowing about it. But if a user interaction is required, it will be wrapped in a visual user interface which is understandable for everyone.

Digital Signage reborn?
Of course not. But for us it feels like it is. Back to the roots where the customers happiness with the software is the most important thing. Every day!
