Seeing is believeing We always do live demos in customer meetings. No fancy Powerpoints made by the marketing staff for a sale purpose only. In some cases the supplier don't even have plans (or knowledge) to implement some of the solutions described in these powerpoints!!

 

Another important thing to be aware of is how the backend of the software is created. If there are issues with the screens, or you need to change settings, locations etc. Will you be able to do that easily your selves or do you need to depend on a support desk to make these changes.

 

The best way to disclose false information in supplier meetings is simply to ask them to show you!
